• The philosophy of TGP is to identify and screen a wide number of opportunities at various levels of growth.
• TGP then perform a thorough financial, operations and business assessment as well as an ethical screening,
• TGP then install appropriately experienced "TGP" team in the project company for a period of up to 12 months. The initial stage is to inject necessary resource within the project company and to kick start the implementation of change. This allows TGP to do the following:
  • Validate and adjust the findings of the preliminary assessment
  • Create a growth strategy and the business plan
  • Assess resource requirements to deliver the plan
  • Create the customer proposal for growth
• As the project company delivers on the plan, the TGP team gradually leaves by installing replacement employees selected by TGP , to ensure goals are achieved.
• TGP does not exit the project until both the agreed goals and sustainability have been reached.
